从水饮致痹探讨小青龙汤治疗寒湿痹阻型骨关节炎的机制
Exploration on Mechanism of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis with Cold-Dampness Impediment Based on the Theory of Stagnant Fluid inducing Impediment Syndrome

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the treatment of osteoarthritis with cold-dampness impediment.Based on the theory of stagnant fluid inducing impediment syndrome,it sorts out the relevant passages in TCM classics and the understanding of cold-damp-ness and stagnant fluid inducing Bi syndrome by physicians of past dynasties.Combined with modern medical re-search,it elaborates the theoretical basis and practical value of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in treating osteoarthritis with cold-dampness impediment from four aspects:prescription composition,corresponding relationship be-tween syndrome and pathogensis,theoretical origin,discussion on relevant modern medical mechanisms,and clinical proven cases.关键词
