张仲景治疗遗精学术思想与辨治规律探析
Exploration on ZHANG Zhongjing's Academic Thought and Regularity of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment for Spermatorrhea

Abstract
This study systematically reviewed four original passages concerning"Shi Jing"(Spermatorrhea)in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber,together with three representative formulas-Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction,Xiaojianzhong Decoction,and Tianxiong Powder-to explore ZHANG Zhongjing's academic thought and patterns of syndrome differentiation and treatment for spermatorrhea.ZHANG's management of spermatorrhea was guided by the therapeutic principles of"deficiency as the root,the triple energizer as the framework,balance as the method,and simultaneous regulation of form and spirit."Rather than directly astringing semen,treatment empha-sized reinforcing deficiency to restore the body's intrinsic capacity to secure essence.This study provides a clas-sical theoretical model for the modern clinical management of spermatorrhea and offers important guidance for clinical practice.关键词
