基于数据挖掘探讨中药治疗儿童呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎用药规律
Exploring the Medication Patterns of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Pediatric Respiratory Syncytial Virus Pneumonia Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the medication patterns of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for treating re-spiratory syncytial virus(RSV)pneumonia in children in the pediatrics department of Sanya Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital using the TCM Heritage Auxiliary Platform(V2.5).Methods Valid TCM prescriptions for RSV pneumonia in hospitalized children were collected from January 2020 to December 2024 and standardized into the TCM Heritage Auxiliary Platform(V2.5).Data mining methods were employed to explore medication patterns,identify high frequency drug combinations,and generate new prescriptions.Results A total of 198 cases were included,A total of 385 prescriptions were included,The first was the syndrome of phlegm-heat ob-structing the lung(307 cases,79.7％),followed by the syndrome of lung-spleen qi deficiency(72 cases,18.7％).The syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung prescriptions involved 125 TCM herbs,with cold-natured herbs being the most frequent among the four natures,followed by warm-natured herbs.The five flavors were concentrated in pungent,bitter,and sweet;the primary meridian was the lung,followed by the stomach and spleen.Data analysis identified 13 core herbs and two new prescriptions.The syndrome of lung-spleen qi deficiency prescriptions involved 77 TCM herbs,with warm-natured herbs being the most frequent a-mong the four natures.The five flavors were concentrated in sweet,bitter,and pungent;the primary meridian was the lung,followed by the spleen and stomach.Data analysis identified 8 core herbs.Conclusion The most common syndrome in hospitalized children with RSV pneumonia was the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung,followed by the syndrome of lung-spleen qi deficiency.Tangerine peel and poria cocos were essential drug pairs for treating RSV pneumonia in children.When treating the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung,bitter-cold herbs should be combined with sweet-warm herbs to prevent stomach injury from excessive bitterness and coldness.For the syndrome of lung-spleen qi deficiency,tonifying herbs should be used along-side pathogen removal and phlegm elimination.关键词
