羊肚菌栽培土壤细菌群落结构及多样性
Bacterial Community Structure and Diversity of Soil for Morchella Cultivation

Abstract
[Objective]The effects of Morchella on diversity and community structure of soil bacteria before and after Morchella cultivation were investigated to provide the scientific basis for developing Morchella biological agents and formulating efficient cultivation strategy based on microbiome precise management.[Method]The microbial community structure and diversity of 6 soil samples including A(before cultivation,Xingtai City),B(without fruiting after inoculation,Xingtai City),C(fruiting after inoculation,Xingtai City),D(before cultivation,Hengshui City),E(without fruiting after inoculation,Hengshui City)and F(fruiting after inoculation,Hengshui City)were analyzed by high throughput sequencing.[Result]The dominant bacterial phyla of A,B and C soil samples all were Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria and Bacteroidetes,D and E soil samples were Proteobacteria,Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes.The Actinobacteria relative abundance of F soil sample was increased.The dominant bacterial genera of A and B soil samples were Gp4,Gp6 and Sphingomonas,C soil sample were Arthrobacter,Sphingomonas and Gp4,D soil sample were Ralstonia,Phenylobacterium and Lactobacillus,E soil sample were Herbaspirillum,Escherichia_Shigella and Pseudomonas.The Pedobacter relative abundance of F soil sample was increased obviously.Total potassium(TK),available nitrogen(AN),soil organic carbon(SOC)and total phosphor(TP)had a great effect on diversity of soil bacterial communities but available potassium(AK),total nitrogen(TN)and organic phosphor(OP)had a relative lesser effect on diversity of soil bacterial communities.[Conclusion]The dominant bacterial phylum of soil samples from Xingtai and Hengshui City is Proteobacteria after Morchella cultivation.The Arthrobacter is enriched in the soil sample in Xingtai City,and the Herbaspirillum and Pedobacter are enriched in the soil sample from Hengshui City.The environmental factors(TN,TK,SOC,and AN)are the dominant variables to drive changes in composition and diversity of bacterial communities at the phylum level.关键词
