转Fa6-SFT基因菊苣的抗逆性研究
Study on Stress Resistance of Cichorium intybus Transformed with Fa6-SFT Gene

Abstract
[Objective]The regulatory function of Fa6-SFT gene in drought and high temperature resistance of Cichorium intybus was investigated to provide a theoretical basis for resistance improvement of chicory and other pasture varieties.[Method]The structured overexpression vector of Fa6-SFT gene was transformed into C.intybus by the agrobacterium-mediated method.The expression level of Fa6-SFT gene in transgenic C.intybus was analyzed by using quantitative real-time PCR.The physiological and biochemical indexes including enzyme activity,chlorophyll,MDA,cellulose,starch and soluble sugar content of transgenic C.intybus plants under drought and high-temperature stress were determined to analyze the resistance.[Result]The Fa6-SFT expression of nine successfully obtained transgenic C.intybus plants after drought and high-temperature treatment was significantly upregulated.The chlorophyll content of transgenic C.intybus plants under drought and high-temperature stress was significantly higher than that of wild C.intybus plants.The enzyme activity,and cellulose,and starch content of transgenic C.intybus plants under drought and high-temperature stress increased but its MDA content reduced significantly.[Conclusion]The overexpression of Fa6-SFT gene can improve drought and high-temperature resistance of transgenic C.intybus plants significantly.Therefore,it is speculated that Fa6-SFT gene is closely associated with regulation and control of drought and high-temperature resistance in plants.关键词
