北京地区头晕患者先天运气禀赋分析
Analysis of Congenital Circuit-Qi Endowment in Dizziness Patients in the Beijing Area

Abstract
Objective To explore the etiology and pathogenesis of dizziness by analyzing the circuit-qi endowment based on the birth dates of dizziness patients in the Beijing area,aiming to provide insights for comprehensive diagnosis,treatment,and prevention.Methods The birth dates of 9 445 patients with dizziness in the clinical diagnosis,who visited Xiyuan Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from January 2015 to October 2024,were retrospectively collected.The five circuits and six qi were determined according to the birth dates,and statistical analysis was performed on various circuit-qi factors.Results ① In terms of the distribution of yearly circuit,the most frequent was insufficient fire,followed by excessive wood.② In terms of the distribution of celestial control and terrestrial effect,the most frequent syndrome was yangming dryness-gold as celestial control and shaoyin monarch fire as terrestrial effect.③ In terms of the distribution of dominant qi,the most frequent was yangming dryness-gold.④ In terms of the distribution of the combination of circuit-qi,the most frequent was years of non-harmony.⑤ In terms of the distribution of yearly circuit-celestial control combinations,the most frequent was insufficient fire in the yearly circuit combined with yangming dryness-gold as celestial control.⑥ In terms of the distribution of joining of guest qi with dominant qi,the most frequent was yangming dryness-gold and shaoyin monarch fire.The above results were all statistically significant(P＜0.05 or P＜0.001).Conclusion The onset of dizziness in patients from the Beijing area shows a certain correlation with congenital circuit-qi endowment.The main pathological factors are cold,wind,dryness,and fire,manifesting as pathological characteristics of internal abundance of cold-damp with internal constraint of yang qi,or predominant liver qi with disorder of qi and blood.关键词
