Research progress of mechanisms related to Proliferation,invasion,and migration of SHC1 in tumors
摘要
Abstract
SHC1(SHC adaptor protein 1)plays a key role in tumor biology.By activating the Mitogen-Activated Protein Ki-nase/Extracellular Signal-Regulated Kinase(MAPK/ERK)and Phosphoinositide 3-Kinase-Protein Kinase B(PI3K/AKT/mTOR)signaling pathways,it regulates the proliferation,migration and invasion of tumor cells.Induce epithelial-mesenchymal transition,regulate the cytoskeleton,affect the tumor microenvironment,and thereby promote tumor invasion and migration.This article reviews the mechanism of SHC1 in various tumors,including its regulation of signaling pathways,mediation of cellular pro-cesses,and influence on the tumor microenvironment.The therapeutic strategies for SHC1 and the potential of SHC1 in tumor prognosis assessment were explored,providing new ideas for precise tumor treatment and individualized medical care.This study deeply analyzed the mechanism of SHC1 in tumor proliferation,migration and invasion,providing a new perspective for reducing tumor proliferation,invasion and migration.关键词
