透灸的临床应用
Clinical Applications of Toujiu Method(Moxibustion of Deep Heat Penetration)

Abstract
Toujiu(moxibustion of deep heat penetration)is a moxibustion method based on ancient moxibustion techniques,character-ized by applying enough moxibustion to promote the circulation of Qi and blood.There are various application methods,including moxa box Toujiu,moxa stick Toujiu,warm needle Toujiu,and pricking collateral Toujiu.This method,with its sufficient moxibustion amount,facilitates qi and blood circulation and has effects such as warming the meridians and dispelling cold,strengthening yang and preventing collapse,resolving stasis and nodules,and disease prevention and health care.It also has advantages such as temperature and smoke control and labor saving.Its clinical advantages are reflected in three aspects:(1)Standardization of moxibustion amount.Compared with traditional moxibustion,which relies on experience with the size and number of moxa cones,Toujiu uses objective indicators such as local redness and sweating to guide treatment,combined with constant temperature control(43-45℃)and sustained moxibustion(≥30 min),achieving precise moxibustion amounts,avoiding the risk of burns while ensuring deep heat penetration.(2)Optimized safety.Toujiu uses specialized moxibustion tools(such as moxa boxes for the neck and waist-abdomen)to achieve anatomically appropriate moxibustion,combined with filter cloth smoke control technology to reduce environmental pollution;the improved warm needle Toujiu can prevent burns caused by the falling of moxa ash in traditional warm needle moxibustion.(3)Expanded indications.Toujiu has veri-fied the feasibility of"moxibustion for Heat syndrome"in surgical ulcers,such as Bartolini's gland abscess and perianal abscess,and has formed a synergistic effect mode when combined with collateral pricking and Chinese herbal medicine.关键词
