Warming Yang Method in Treating Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Lipid Metabolism Disorders Based on Yang Deficiency and Yin Concretion

Abstract
"Yang transforming Qi and Yin forming shape"is a classic description of the relationship and function of Yin and Yang in the body and summarizes the basic form of human life activities.In pathological states,insufficient"Yang transformation of Qi"and ex-cessive"Yin forming shape",referred to as"Yang deficiency and Yin concretion",summarize the pathogenesis of coronary heart dis-ease combined with lipid metabolism disorders.Yang deficiency is the intrinsic pathological basis of its onset,while Phlegm and blood stasis intermingling is its external manifestation.Supporting Yang and suppressing Yin,warming Yang and resolving concretion are key to treating this disease.Clinically,methods such as warming and promoting Heart Yang,tonifying the Spleen and raising Yang,strengthe-ning the Kidney to assist Yang,and regulating the Liver to raise Yang can be used to benefit the source of Fire to treat the root,while transforming Phlegm and dissipating concretion can eliminate Yin obstruction to treat the manifestation.Treatment should be adjusted according to the patient's syndrome of Cold or Heat,deficiency or excess,and Yin-Yang imbalance to achieve the goal of warming Yang without retaining pathogenic factors,eliminating pathogens without harming the body as well as restoring the balance of Yin and Yang.关键词
