Evaluation on Information Application Requirements for Historical Earthquake Cases in Sichuan Region Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process
摘要
Abstract
As one of the earthquake-prone provinces in China,Sichuan has accumulated a large number of earthquake case data.By extracting the key information of earthquake cases,it can provide reference for post-earthquake disposal of similar earthquakes.By selecting the data of earthquake cases with M≥5.0 in Sichuan region since the Wenchuan M8.0 earthquake(inclusive),60 basic information items including 4 major categories and 20 subcategories were sorted out.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate the application requirements of earthquake case information. The results show that similar earthquake disposal has certain application requirements for historical earthquake case information. The weight values of emergency response and earthquake disaster information for similar earthquake emergency response requirements in earthquake cases are 0.3083 and 0.2917,respectively,and the priority of similar earthquake emergency response requirements is higher. The difference in demand levels for historical earthquake case information is obviously different.Information with higher demand levels or above is mainly related to post-earthquake rescue operation,Such as the dispatch of historical earthquake rescue teams, casualties and search and rescue, material dispatch, transfer and resettlement, disaster range estimation, building damage, secondary disaster response, public opinion response, traffic control, emergency response.关键词
