NLR LMR及血浆PMP水平与急性脑梗死患者静脉溶栓后功能结局的相关性
Correlations between NLR,LMR and plasma PMPs levels and functional outcome in acute cerebral infarction patients after thrombolytic therapy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the associations of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),lymphocyte-monocyte ratio(LMR),and plasma platelet microparticle(PMP)levels with functional outcomes in acute cerebral infarction(ACI)patients by intravenous thrombolysis(IVT).Methods A retrospective selection was made of 70 patients with ACI who underwent IVT treatment at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2022 to December 2024 as the research subjects.According to the prognosis results,they were divided into the good group(n=44)and the poor group(n=26).The baseline data and laboratory indicators(NLR,LMR and plasma PMP levels)of the two groups were compared.The correlation between the levels of NLR,LMR and plasma PMP in ACI patients by IVT treatment and the prognosis outcome was analyzed.Independent predictors of poor prognosis were identified using multivariate Logistic regression.Results AThe baseline NIHSS score was significantly higher in patients with poor prognosis compared to those with favorable outcome(P<0.05).The levels of NLR and plasma PMP in the poor group were both higher than those in the good group.However,the LMR level was lower than that of the good group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the NLR level and plasma PMP level were significantly positively correlated with the baseline NIHSS score and mRS Score(P<0.05).The LMR level was negatively correlated with both scores(P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that elevated NLR,decreased LMR,and elevated plasma PMP were independent risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion NLR,LMR and plasma PMP levels are closely related to the functional outcomes of ACI patients after IVT and can be used as important biological indicators for predicting the prognosis.关键词
