育肾消癥方对子宫腺肌病患者激素水平的影响
The Effect of Self-Prescribed Kidney-Tonifying and Mass-Dissolving Formula on Hormone Levels in Patients with Adenomyosis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Self-Prescribed Kidney-Tonifying and Mass-Dissolving Formula on hormone levels in pa-tients with adenomyosis.Methods:A total of 94 patients with adenomyosis admitted to Zhoukou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group using the coin toss method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets,while the observation group received Self-Prescribed Kidney-Tonifying and Mass-Dissolving Formula in addition to the control group's treat-ment.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,recurrence rate,changes in endometrial thickness,uterine volume,menstrual flow and dys-menorrhea severity score menstrual blood loss[including pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC),cox menstrual symptom scale(CMSS)],pain and stress-related indicators[including prostaglandin F2 alpha(PGF2α),substance P(SP),β-endorphin(β-EP)],and estrogen levels[including follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)]before and after treat-ment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 91.49%,which was higher than the 76.60%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CMSS and PBAC scores,uterine volume,and endometrial thickness in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment within each group,and these parameters in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).PGF2α and SP levels in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment within each group,while β-EP levels were higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).E2 levels in the two groups were all higher than those before treatment with-in each group,while LH and FSH levels were lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).However,there was no statisti-cally significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions or the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-Prescribed Kidney-Tonifying and Mass-Dissolving Formula in the treatment of adenomyosis can improve uterine size and reduce menstrual blood loss,alleviate the severity of dysmenorrhea.Its mechanism of action may be related to regulating estrogen levels and modulating the expression of pain-related factors.关键词
