数字化转型对制造业供应链韧性的影响研究
The Impact of Digital Transformation on Supply Chain Resilience in Manufacturing

Abstract
Under the background that the interweaving forces of global value chain restructure and the in-creasingly wide spread of digital economy,strengthening the resilience of manufacturing supply chains has become a core tactic for solving the so-called Baumol’s cost disease.Based on dynamic capability theo-ry,this research builds a measurement system which contains natural language processing methods—es-pecially BERT,TextRank,and entropy weight method—to conduct empirical study on how digital trans-formation influences supply chain resilience,utilizing panel data from A-shares manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2014 to 2023.The discovery results indicate that digitized transformation has the significant effect of promoting the ability of enterprise supply chains to resist risk.The mechanism research shows that digitization provides perceived support for sustained investment by improving informa-tion asymmetry environments and alleviating financing constraints;It also gives convenience to the combi-nation of innovation resources and knowledge accumulation,enhances the ability of enterprises to take in new technologies,and further raises the effectiveness of resource distribution,promoting the dynamic re-construction of production and supply networks,thereby strengthening firms’capability to deal with outer disturbances.Heterogeneity analysis makes clear that the positive influence of digital transformation upon supply chain resilience is more obvious in enterprises which carry out business in highly concentrated markets,enterprises which face low visibility,non-state-owned enterprises,and enterprises with rela-tively low levels of green innovation.The research conclusion reveals the inherent logic of digital transfor-mation shaping supply chain resilience from the perspective of enterprise dynamic capability evolution,providing empirical evidence for building a more adaptive supply chain system.关键词
