人机共情的伦理风险及其规制思路转向
The Ethical Risks of Human-Machine Empathy and the Shift in Regulatory Thinking
摘要
Abstract
Human-machine empathy is the emotional connection established between humans and intelligent machines in the process of human-machine interaction.Its technological implementation takes anthropomorphism as the logical starting point,"emotion response"as the logical process and meeting human emotional needs as the logical direction.However,the human-machine empathy that emerged in the era of digital intelligence is a contradictory entity that couples opportunities and challenges,accompanied by a series of ethical risks that impact the authenticity,autonomy and privacy of human emotions.As an ethical solution to ensure the"goodness"of human-machine relationships and achieve"digital happiness"in the digital age,digital ethics,in contrast with traditional ethics,has such advantages as being more open-minded,precisely targeted and forward-looking in resolving the ethical risks of human-machine empathy.From the perspective of digital ethics,we should start with technological design,subject application and external regulation to clarify the technological design orientation of emotional goodness and emotional truth-seeking,ensure the coupling and symbiosis of subject emotional immersion and emotional consciousness,and promote the joint role of responsibility implementation and institutional soundness so as to achieve the rational and ethical development of human-machine empathy.关键词
