出口制造企业数字化转型对绿色双元创新绩效的影响研究
On the Impact of Digital Transformation of Export-Oriented Manufacturers on Green Dual Innovation Performance
摘要
Abstract
Utilizing digital transformation to enhance an enterprise's green technology is of great significance for promoting green dual innovation,building green competitive advantages and improving innovation performance.However,the mechanism by which digital transformation drives the green dual innovation performance of export-oriented manufacturing enterprises remains unclear.Based on the dual innovation theory and the high-level team theory,this study tries to explain the mechanism of export-oriented manufacturers'digitalization on their green dual innovation performances and analyzes the mediating effect of green technology capabilities and the contingent role of senior management's green innovation support.An empirical test is conducted through 312 questionnaires from export manufacturing enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region,showing that digital transformation significantly enhances the green dual innovation performance of these enterprises,that green technology capabilities play a partial mediating role between the two,and that senior management's green innovation support positively moderates this mediating effect,highlighting the crucial role of senior management's green innovation support.This research deepens the application of the dual innovation theory in the context of digital transformation and provides a reference for export-oriented manufacturers to enhance their green dual innovation performance through digital strategies and green technology accumulation.关键词
