A Three-Dimensional Exploration of the Value,Hidden Concerns,and Optimization of Continuing Urban Context from the Perspective of the People's City

Abstract
The proposal for The 15th Five-Year Plan puts forward new requirements for adhering to the connotative development of cities.In the process of urban governance,the Party and the government have increasingly recognized that urban context is the precious heritage for building a modern people-centered city and further advancing a new type of people-oriented urbanization.Urban context carries rich and multi-dimensional value connotations.The continuation of urban context is not only a way to prevent technological alienation,but also a practical need for exploring and building the ideal residence for the people,and a necessary choice for constructing a community of shared urban cultural governance.In the process of urban cultural governance,it is necessary to avoid the dilution of humanistic values by the supremacy of efficiency,the erosion of public cultural space by consumerism,and the imbalance in urban cultural governance caused by weak public participation.In the practice of urban cultural governance,the Party and the government can draw on the concepts of agile governance and field theory,and build a systematic cultural governance system for the people's city from the dimensions of Party-building leadership,technological governance,space production,and public participation.关键词
