基于问题解决模式的术前口服营养补充对食管癌病人术后营养状况及预后的影响研究
Study on the effect of preoperative oral nutritional supplements based on the problem-solving model on postoperative nutritional status and prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of preoperative oral nutritional supplements based on the problem-solving model on postoperative nutritional status and prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the department of cardiothoracic surgery of the hospital from January 2024 to October 2025 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in control group received routine preoperative nursing intervention,while the patients in observation group additionally received preoperative oral nutritional supplements nursing intervention based on the problem-solving model.Treatment compliance,nutritional indicators,first exhaust time,defecation time,duration of hospital stay,and occurrence of complications were observed in both groups during treatment.Results:After treatment,treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;first exhaust time,defecation time,and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group;and the incidence of complication was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The prealbumin(PA)level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group one day before surgery.Seven days after surgery,the levels of serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),PA,and transferrin(T RF)in both groups were improved compared with those before surgery and one day before surgery,and the levels of TP,PA,and TRF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Nursing intervention with preoperative oral nutritional supplements based on the problem-solving model can effectively improve the nutritional status of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer,enhance patient treatment compliance,shorten hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
