摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of outcome retrospective special attention nursing combined with modified dietary approaches to stop hypertension(DASH)diet in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP).Methods:A total of 100 HDP patients treated in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a combination group using a random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received outcome retrospective special attention nursing, while the combination group received modified DASH diet in addition to the nursing given to the control group.Negative emotions[Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores],blood pressure levels[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP)],coagulation function[prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),D-dimer(D-D)],endothelial function[nitric oxide(NO),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endothelin-1(ET-1)],and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing,SDS and SAS scores in both groups were lower than those before nursing, and the scores in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,SBP,DBP and MAP in both groups were lower than those before nursing, and the levels in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,PT and APTT in both groups were longer than those before nursing, while FIB and D-D levels were lower than those before nursing, the combination group had longer PT and APTT and lower FIB and D-D levels than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,NO and VEGF levels in both groups were higher than those before nursing, and the combination group had higher levels than the control group,ET-1 levels in both groups were lower than those before nursing, and the combination group had a lower level than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Outcome retrospective special attention nursing combined with modified DASH diet can improve coagulation function and vascular endothelial function, and reduce negative emotions and blood pressure levels in HDP patients.关键词
