Abstract
The traditional passive vibration absorber has the disadvantages of unadjustable parameters,unchangeable natural frequency and lack of self-adaptability.When facing the complex and changeable vibration environment,the damping effect of passive vibration absorber is difficult to meet the requirements of working conditions.In this paper,an electromagnetic broadband adaptive dynamic vibration absorber is proposed.By changing the current of its core component,the stiffness and natural frequency of the absorber can be adjusted.An adaptive stiffness control algorithm based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)is proposed,which can identify the external excitation frequency adaptively,and take the acceleration response of the main system as the optimization objective to search for the optimal stiffness of the vibration absorber at this frequency to realize the adaptive vibration absorption.Through numerical modeling and experimental verification,the working bandwidth of electromagnetic wideband dynamic vibration absorber is 6.2-9.2 Hz under the current condition of 0-1.2 A.When sweep frequency excitation are applied to the main system,the amplitude of the main system with the electromagnetic wideband dynamic absorber decreases by 69.1%and 66.3%,respectively,compared with that without the electromagnetic wideband dynamic absorber and that with the passive vibration absorber.The electromagnetic variable stiffness system designed in this paper has the characteristics of large stiffness adjustment range and rapid response,which can broaden the working bandwidth of the vibration absorber.The proposed adaptive stiffness control algorithm has the advantages of global search and high operational efficiency,and can follow the external variable excitation frequency,so that the vibration absorber can quickly find the best operating point of the vibration absorption effect and reduce the amplitude of the main system.关键词
