基于厥阴理论应用龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗肝胆湿热证玫瑰痤疮患者的临床效果
Clinical efficacy of modified Longdan Xiegan decoction based on Jueyin theory in the treatment of rosacea patients with hepatobiliary damp-heat syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Longdan Xiegan decoction based on Jueyin theory in the treatment of rosacea with hepatobiliary damp-heat syndrome.Methods A total of 60 rosacea patients with hepatobiliary damp-heat syndrome admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2023 to May 2025 were selected,and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was supplemented with modified Longdan Xiegan decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 weeks after treatment,the scores of erythema,pruritus,telangiectasia,and serum levels of IL-8,TNF-α and TLR2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the number of papules and pustules was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 weeks after treatment,the DLQI score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of modified Longdan Xiegan decoction based on Jueyin theory in the treatment of rosacea with hepatobiliary damp-heat syndrome can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,relieve clinical symptoms and improve quality of life with good safety.关键词
