微波光子雷达低相噪探测性能分析

Abstract
The confrontation in the future air battlefield is becoming increasingly fierce,super stealth targets rep-resented by the fourth generation stealth fighter,together with low-altitude small slow targets represented by drones,have become important threats to the air battlefield.When airborne radar detects such targets by increasing the transmit power,the target echo will be submerged in strong clutter and difficult to be detected.Because the residual clutter power is strongly affected by the phase noise of the frequency source,detection performance is expected to be improved by im-plementing the microwave photonic oscillator with low phase noise.A pulse-Doppler radar transceiver model in the pres-ence of the phase noise is established in this paper.Further the impact of the phase noise on the pulse compression is theoretically analyzed.Simulation experimental results verify that microwave photonic oscillator with low phase noise can significantly reduce the residual clutter power during two-dimensional coherent accumulation,which is beneficial for airborne radar to detect stealth and low-altitude small slow targets.关键词
