Cultivation Techniques of Industrial Pepper in Yunnan
摘要
Abstract
Industrial pepper in Yunnan features high pungency and promising market prospects.Its industry has developed rapidly and become an important pillar industry for rural revitalization in local areas.Affected by geographical and climatic differences in planting regions,the seedling raising of industrial pepper faces problems such as low seedling survival rate and high production cost.In addition,non-standard cultivation and management by local growers have resulted in severe field diseases and poor high and stable yield performance,which seriously restrict the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of the industry.Based on field experiments and demonstration popularization in recent years,this paper summarizes the key cultivation techniques for industrial pepper in Yunnan,including site and variety selection,sowing and seedling raising,land preparation and fertilization,field planting,field management and harvesting.The results can provide a theoretical and practical reference for standardized production of industrial pepper in Yunnan.关键词
