摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the traditional solidification methods are difficult to treat the high-water-content shield waste sludge,the super absorbent resin(SAP)combined with microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation(MICP)was used to solidify the waste sludge.Based on laboratory tests,the effects of SAP content,cementing solution concentration and curing time on the curing effect were investigated,and the microscopic mechanism of curing was elucidated.The results show that the peak strength,cohesion and internal friction angle of solidified waste sludge increase first and then decrease with the increase of SAP content and cementing solution concentration,and increase with the increase of curing time.The crystal forms of calcium carbonate produced in the curing process are mainly vaterite and calcite.The research results validate the feasibility of SAP-MICP method for waste sludge solidification,and provide reference for the resource utilization of waste sludge.
