忍冬藤提取物治疗脂多糖诱导小鼠急性肺损伤的试验研究
Experimental study on the effect of Lonicera japonica extract on lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury in mice

Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of the extract of Lonicera japonica(LJE)as a feed additive on animals.The study examined the toxicity of LJE on RAW 264.7 mononuclear cells and its influence on the content of inflammatory factors,and verified the preventive effect of LJE on acute lung injury(ALI)by constructing a mouse model of ALI induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).The results showed that when the concentration of LJE was higher than 4 g/L,the toxicity of LJE on RAW 264.7 cells was extremely enhanced(P<0.01).After LPS induction,the content of inflammatory factors in the cell culture medium was extremely higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the LPS group,the supernatant of RAW 264.7 cells in the 4 and 8 g/L LJE treatment groups showed extremely significant increases in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)content(P<0.01),while the contents of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)decreased extremely(P<0.01).After administration,the number of white blood cells,neutrophils,and macrophages in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of mice and the contents of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-1β were extremely lower than those of the model group(P<0.01).Microscopic observation revealed mild interstitial edema in the lung interstitium,mild widening of the alveolar wall.There were still a few white blood cells infiltrating,but the infiltration degree was significantly reduced;there was no significant congestion of the alveolar wall,and the structure was maintained intact,with a relatively mild inflammatory response overall.The study demonstrated that LJE has significant anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and protective effects on lung tissue,and can effectively alleviate the symptoms of ALI.关键词
