摘要

Abstract

The aim of this study was to screen the effective components of Agrimoniae Herba against Toxoplasma gondii,identify the key action targets,and verify their inhibitory effects.Network pharmacology was used to screen the main active components of Agrimoniae Herba and predict the key action targets against Toxoplasma gondii.The inhibitory effects of the main active components on the invasion and proliferation of Toxoplasma gondii were analyzed through in vitro experiments.The results showed that the main active components of Agrimoniae Herba were kaempferol,quercetin,etc.,totaling five types,and the key action targets were 302.The in vitro experiments showed that kaempferol and quercetin had no cytotoxicity and could inhibit the invasion and proliferation of Toxoplasma gondii.The study demonstrated that the active components and targets of Agrimoniae Herba against Toxoplasma gondii were identified,which could provide certain references for the treatment of Toxoplasma gondii.
