焓-多孔介质法在固液相变界面研究中的应用
Application of the enthalpy-porosity method in studies on solid-liquid phase change interfaces

Abstract
Solid-liquid phase transition is a fundamental problem in material science research,and numerical simulation of solid-liquid interfaces is of great significance for the growth of large-size and high-quality crystals.The enthalpy-porosity method uses a unified control equation to solve problems in the liquid and solid computational domains,without the need to track the liquid-solid interface separately,which can solve phase transition problems with complex interfaces.This paper comprehensively introduces the basic principle and numerical methods of the enthalpy-porosity method to deal with solid-liquid interfaces.By giving several examples of experimental and calculated results,the effectiveness of the method is evaluated,and its application in the field of crystal growth is introduced.It is shown that the enthalpy-porosity method has the characteristics of simplicity and reliability,providing an effective numerical calculation method for the studies of solid-liquid phase transitions in many fields.关键词
