Abstract

In order to evaluate the quality level of static protective clothing products in China and identify the potential causes of nonconforming product,based on the data of 1 088 test reports of National Quality Inspection and Testing Center for Personal Protective Equipment(Beijing)from 2021 to 2024,an static protective clothing product quality database containing 8 353 test data from 25 test items was constructed.Based on GB 12014-2019 Protective clothing—Static protective clothing,the overall nonconforming rate,quality level and change trend of static protective clothing product were systematically analyzed.The nonconforming rate,causes and corresponding solutions of key items(Class A items)and general items(Class B items)were analyzed as keypoints.The results showed that the overall nonconforming rate of static protective clothing was 7.90%,the nonconforming rate in Class A items was 1.76%,and the nonconforming rate in Class B items was 1.04%,which were all at a lower level.It is considered that static protective clothing manufacturers should make continuous efforts to optimize fabric selection and auxiliary management,fine printing&dyeing and post-treatment process control,improve clothing structure and material compatibility design,increase the washability and environmental adaptability of anti-static finishing agents,strengthen the quality control in whole process,and strengthen the learning of national standards,so as to continuously improve the product qualification rate.
