乡村文化振兴中的农民数字素养赋能机制
Empowerment Mechanism of Farmers' Digital Literacy in Rural Cultural Revitalization

Abstract
The core obstacle to the rural cultural revitalization in the digital age lies in the generally low level of digital literacy among farmers.Enhancing digital literacy is a systematic endeavor,closely related to the reshaping of cultural subjectivity and the transformation of governance paradigms.According to the"knowledge gap theory"and the"diffusion of innovations theory",the lack of digital literacy among farmers leads to their"voicelessness"in the digital cultural sphere,exacerbating the intergenerational gap in cultural transmission and the"technological suspension"in governance.Based on observations of digital practices in rural areas,the author proposes moving beyond traditional training models to construct a comprehensive pathway that includes"inclusive technological adaptation,differentiated cultivation,intergenerational support,and localized ecological nurturing".This approach aims to transform digital technology from an"exogenous tool"into an endogenous"cultural organ",facilitating a fundamental shift in rural culture from resource preservation to value regeneration.关键词
