Excellent Traditional Chinese"Life-Ecology"Health Culture and Its Value Realization
摘要
Abstract
The excellent traditional Chinese"life-ecology"health culture, rooted in the philosophical foundation of the holistic harmony between humans and nature, emphasizes the synergistic health of human life and the natural ecosystem. As an integral subsystem of China's excellent traditional culture,it comprises three dimensions:a human life health culture,a natural ecological health culture, and a health community life culture that synergizes the two, which is based on the holistic harmony between humans and nature. This culture carries contemporary value in empowering the initiatives of a Healthy China,a Beautiful China, and a Clean and Beautiful World. It is capable of solidifying the value foundation of a Healthy China, enriching the value support for a Beautiful China, and providing value guidance for a Clean and Beautiful World.By adopting the"Two Integrations"as the fundamental method,it can be identified that the"Ecology+Health&Wellness"cultural tourism industry serves as a convergent carrier for realizing the aforementioned values.Taking the promotion of excellent traditional Chinese"Life-Ecology"health culture as the logical starting point,we should foster its deep integration with"Ecology+Health&Wellness"tourism. This approach aims to stimulate the public's subjective initiative, endogenous motivation, and practical wisdom in adopting green,low-carbon,and healthy lifestyles through industrial pathways, thereby systematically empowering the three major initiatives.Specific pathways include:enhancing cultural heritage to empower the industrial core with life-health culture;cultivating the ecological foundation to solidify the industrial basis with eco-health culture;building a solid living foundation to lead industrial trends with the culture of a healthy community;and expanding the global horizon to promote mutual learning among civilizations with community culture.关键词
