小型鲜食紫色甘蓝品种适应性评价比较
Evaluation and Comparison of Adaptability of Small Fresh-Eating Brassica oleracea var.capitata f.rubra Varieties

Abstract
In order to clarify the cultivation adaptability of different small-sized fresh-eating Brassica oleracea var.capitata f.rubra varieties in the cold and cool areas of southern Ningxia,and to solve industrial upgrading bottlenecks such as insufficient systematic introduction trials,chaotic variety selection,and poor stress resistance in local Brassica oleracea var.capitata f.rubra production,four small-sized fresh-eating Brassica oleracea var.capitata f.rubra varieties,namely'Zichunyu','Pulaimiluo','Aosaluo',and'Oumeiluo',were selected as test materials and a single-factor random block design was adopted and a two-year contsecutive open-field comparative experiment was conducted in Xiji County,Ningxia from 2023 to 2024.The results showed that the yield traits of the four Brassica oleracea var.capitata f.rubra varieties exhibited significant inter-annual differences.The net weight of the leaf balls of'Pulaimiluo'in 2024 was 1.22 kg,which was 11.40%to 20.80%higher than those of other varieties.The cross-sectional and longitudinal diameters of the leaf balls were also significantly higher than those of other varieties.The commercial rates of all varieties were above 90.00%,and the disease incidence rates were all below 5.00%.The incidence rates of black rot(0.78%)and downy mildew(1.56%)of'Pulaimiluo'were the lowest and the net vegetable rate in 2024 was 70.45%.The vitamin C and soluble sugar contents of'Zichunyu'were outstanding for two consecutive years,while the soluble protein and soluble solids contents of'Pulaimiluo'were higher.Principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive scores of the four varieties were'Pulaimiluo'(1.13),'Aosaluo'(-0.07),'Zichunyu'(-0.50),and'Oumeiluo'(-0.56),with'Pulaimiluo'having the highest comprehensive score.Using the membership function method for comprehensive adaptability evaluation,the D values of the comprehensive evaluation of each variety were'Pulaimiluo'(1.00),'Aosaluo'(0.45),'Zichunyu'(0.23),and'Oumeiluo'(0.21),with'Pulaimiluo'having the best comprehensive performance.Therefore,'Pulaimiluo'can be used as the main cultivated variety of Brassica oleracea var.capitata f.rubra in the cold and cool areas of southern Ningxia,and'Aosaluo'can be used as an auxiliary promotion variety.关键词
