Abstract
The design and implementation of an industrial IoT platform called pump-IoT(pump inter-net of things)to achieve intelligent status monitoring,fault diagnosis,and energy efficiency manage-ment for pump equipment.This platform integrates intelligent gateways,cloud storage,cloud compu-ting,big data analytics,and artificial intelligence technologies to construct and continuously optimize digital models of pump equipment,thereby enabling real-time perception and intelligent judgment of operational conditions.In terms of methodology,the system collects multi-source operational data through a distributed sensor network,processes massive datasets via cloud computing resources for cleaning,integration,and storage massive amounts of data,and then employs machine learning algo-rithms for feature extraction,pattern recognition,and anomaly detection.It can support equipment health status assessment,fault type identification,and prediction of core component remaining li-fespans.The platform has a scalable architecture that can adapt to various sizes and types of pump sys-tems,and it can also effectively realize online monitoring,refined energy management,and predictive maintenance.It significantly improves equipment operation reliability and maintenance efficiency,and reduces unplanned downtime and energy consumption.The pump networking platform provides a com-plete intelligent solution for pump equipment management,which has significant value in improving overall operational efficiency and resource utilization rate.It is suitable for various application scenarios such as smart water management and industrial pump stations,and has good promotion prospects.关键词
