充压速率提升对钢制安全壳壳内气体流场的影响分析

Abstract
Aiming at the quantitative evaluation of the change in the gas flow field state in the steel containment caused by the increase in the charging rate in the overall test of steel containment,based on the computational fluid dynamics analysis method,a fluid simulation analysis model in the steel containment vessel was established,and the accuracy of the model was verified by using measured temperature data in the shell at low charging rate.Based on the verified model,the flow field state in the shell was simulated and analyzed when the charging rate was increased to 45 kPa/h.The results showed that after the charging rate was increased to 45 kPa/h,the average temperature of the gas in the containment shell increased by 3.5 益;During the charging process,the gas pressure in the shell was generally uniformly distributed,and the gas pressure gradient in the entire space did not exceed 1 kPa;the average velocity of the gas in the shell during the charging process was only 0.117 m/s.The quantitative indicators of the flow field state in the steel containment after the pressurization rate is increased provided by the research can provide reference for decision-making of nuclear power plants.关键词
