CESSNA M2飞机液压系统失效模式与可靠性分析

Abstract
This paper conducts an in-depth reliability and risk assessment of the CESSNA M2 aircraft hydraulic system using Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(FMEA).The hydraulic system plays a central role in critical functions such as landing gear retraction and extension,flap operation,and speedbrake operation.This study systematically identifies potential failure modes,analyzes their impact on aircraft operations,and determines the root causes.These failures are then quantitatively scored using severity(S),occurrence(O),and detection(D)metrics,and a Risk Priority Number(RPN)is calculated to rank and prioritize risks.The highest-risk failure modes in the system are failure to close the load valve,hydraulic hose rupture,and catastrophic damage to the engine-driven pump.For these high-risk modes,this report proposes specific maintenance improvement recommendations,such as strengthening oil cleanliness management and implementing regular oil analysis,to fundamentally reduce risk and enhance overall system reliability and flight safety.关键词
