摘要

Abstract

In response to the urgent demand for high-load,high-precision,and intelligent lifting equipment in the hoisting of large power station equipment,this paper has developed a 680-ton-class new modular hydraulic gantry system.By adopting a three-section telescopic arm structure(with a maximum lifting height of 10.8 m),integrated hydraulic power unit,and intelligent closed-loop control technology,the problem of multi-stage lifting force attenuation has been overcome,achieving a lifting synchronization accuracy of≤5 mm and a walking synchronization accuracy of≤10 mm.By innovatively integrating a fish-bellied beam base,a ball-head steering turntable,and a distributed sensing network,and combined with the closed-loop control strategy of an industrial computer and a high-precision proportional valve,this study develops the functions of unbalanced load self-adaptation,automatic deviation correction,and safety early warning.The system is compatible with existing track beams,reducing auxiliary pipelines by 40%,with a localization rate>90%and a cost reduced by 50%compared with imported equipment.Its application value in the fields of nuclear power and thermal power has been verified in multiple energy projects.
