摘要

Abstract

The electric rudder is an executive component that controls the rotation of the aircraft's rudder surface.The performance and accuracy of the electric rudder are related to the accuracy of the aircraft control system and directly affect the flight results.The electric steering gear test system is designed to verify the performance of the electric steering gear.Through the software and hardware design of the electric steering gear,the index test of the electric steering gear is completed.The software design is based on the LabWindows/CVI platform and provides users with a friendly graphical interface.The hardware design is completed through two modules:steering gear control and steering gear loading.Through ground testing,the results of the electric steering gear meet the index requirements,demonstrating the feasibility of the test system.
