空地一体化的智慧医院低空急救协同架构研究

Abstract
Driven by the rapid convergence of the low-altitude economy and smart hospital initiatives,the utilization of low-altitude aircraft in medical logistics is becoming increasingly standardized.To address the current lack of end-to-end collaborative frameworks for low-altitude emergency medical services,this study analyzes representative scenarios from the perspective of smart hospitals and constructs a"pre-hospital,low-altitude,and in-hospital"collaborative service model.The paper proposes a three-dimensional analysis framework encompassing technology,operations,and management,and designs a five-layer information architecture consisting of perception terminals,operational management,hospital services,collaborative decision-making,and security support layers.Furthermore,the study elaborates on key implementation pathways for critical modules,including task orchestration,dispatch decision-making,and situational awareness.This architecture effectively dismantles information silos,facilitates efficient multi-stakeholder coordination,and provides a robust theoretical foundation and practical reference for the development of integrated air-ground emergency response systems.关键词
