Abstract
This study takes a typical urban renewal project plot in a community in Shanghai as a case.Through comprehensive methods including historical data analysis,field surveys,personnel interviews,and systematic sampling and testing,a comprehensive preliminary investigation of soil contamination status was conducted.The study systematically reviewed historical industrial activities on the site,such as printing,mold manufacturing,and garment production,as well as previously identified exceedance records.Heavy metals,volatile/semi-volatile organic compounds,petroleum hydrocarbons,and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were identified as potential characteristic pollutants.A total of 73 soil sampling points and 9 groundwater monitoring points were established using a combination of professional judgment and systematic layout for validation.The test results indicated that,despite historical potential pollution sources and previous localized exceedances,the concentrations of pollutants detected in all soil samples in this investigation were below the screening values for Class I land use specified in the GB36600-2018"Soil Environmental Quality:Risk Control Standard for Soil Contamination of Development Land(Trial)".Additionally,the detected indicators in groundwater also met the corresponding standards.关键词
