摘要

Abstract

This study aims to develop a comprehensive quality collaborative control model for construction projects that integrates Building Information Modeling(BIM)with digital twin technology.The model utilizes BIM as the information carrier for all elements and employs digital twin technology as the core driver for virtual-real interaction and iterative optimization,spanning the entire project lifecycle from planning and decision-making through design,construction,and operation.By elaborating on the theoretical foundation,architectural design(including perception layer,data layer,model layer,functional layer,and application layer),and collaborative working mechanisms,this paper focuses on analyzing the model's application value in unified quality information representation,process dynamic simulation and pre-control,real-time monitoring and intelligent diagnosis,multi-party collaborative decision-making,and traceability.
