Biomics Data Mining and Its Application in Vegetable
摘要
Abstract
The rapid advancement of biomics technologies has propelled data mining research in the agricultural field,particularly with extensive applications in field crops.In recent years,omics research on vegetable crops has gradually become a focal point,highlighting its significant value in enhancing vegetable yield,improving product quality,and strengthening stress resistance.Accordingly,this paper reviews the latest progress in biomics data mining,with a focus on the characteristics of genomic,transcriptomic,proteomic,and metabolomic data and their applications in vegetable research.From gene function analysis and regulatory mechanism exploration to metabolic network construction,the effectiveness of data mining technologies in the vegetable sector is systematically summarized,incorporating case studies on typical vegetable crops.Finally,the major challenges currently faced in the process of multi-omics data integration are consolidated and analyzed.Future research directions are discussed from the perspectives of optimizing data analysis methods,advancing precision breeding applications,and innovating functional gene validation technologies.This review aims to provide theoretical references and practical insights for the in-depth development of vegetable omics research and its efficient application in agricultural production.关键词
