针刺治疗功能性消化不良的临床运用与机制探讨
Clinical application and mechanisms of acupuncture in treatment of functional dyspepsia
摘要
Abstract
Acupuncture has significant efficacy in improving symptoms of functional dyspepsia(FD),such as upper abdominal pain,postprandial fullness,nausea and vomiting.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture for FD is affected by multiple factors,including subtype classification,syndrome differentiation,acupoint combination,selection of different acupuncture methods,and needle manipulation techniques.Acupuncture exerts comprehensive therapeutic effects via multi-dimensional interventions on FD,and its mechanisms include promoting gastrointestinal motility,regulating the gut-brain axis,alleviating duodenal microinflammation,reducing visceral hypersensitivity,and ameliorating psychological and emotional stress.By analyzing and summarizing relevant studies on clinical application and mechanisms,this review aims to provide theoretical support and methodological references for the clinical practice of acupuncture in the treatment of FD.关键词
