中医药联合氟桂利嗪治疗前庭性偏头痛临床疗效的meta分析
Meta-analysis of clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with flunarizine in treatment of vestibular migraine

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with flunarizine in treating vestibular migraine(VM).Methods A systematic search was conducted in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry and several Chinese and English databases,including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP Database,PubMed,and Embase for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on TCM combined with flunarizine for VM.Relevant data were extracted,the quality of included studies was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool,and meta-analysis was performed with RevMan 5.4.1 and Stata/MP 18.0 software.Results ①A total of 24 studies involving 2,559 patients were included,with 1,279 patients in the treatment group and 1,280 in the control group.The overall quality of included studies was suboptimal.②Compared with flunarizine monotherapy,flunarizine combined with TCM significantly improved the clinical effective rate in VM patients[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.18,1.29),P<0.05],reduced the Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)score[MD=-9.50,95%CI(-11.67,-7.32),P<0.05],Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score[MD=-1.16,95%CI(-1.50,-0.82),P<0.05],and the frequency of vertigo/headache attacks[MD=-0.87,95%CI(-1.08,-0.65),P<0.05].Conclusions Compared with flunarizine monotherapy,flunarizine combined with TCM can significantly improve the clinical effective rate in treating patients with VM,better alleviate clinical symptoms,and reduce the frequency of vertigo/headache attacks.However,due to the limited quality of the included studies,the above conclusions need further validation.关键词
