Exploration and analysis of Li Saimei's experience in treating refractory skin diseases through theory of six meridians differentiation

Abstract
This paper,by examining three of Professor Li Saimei's proven cases—namely,intractable eczema,myxedema due to hypothyroidism,and alopecia areata—explores her clinical experience in treating refractory skin diseases based on the six-meridian differentiation and treatment framework.The key aspects of her approach include:anchoring the diagnosis in the six meridians while emphasizing the Sanjiao(Triple Energizer);skillfully adapting strategies to regulate yin and yang;and employing medicinal toxins with precision,always guided by syndrome differentiation.关键词
