Application Strategies and Optimization Choices of Assessment Methods for Cancer-Related Insomnia

Abstract
Cancer-related insomnia(CRI)severely impacts patient's quality of life and prognosis,yet the assessment methods are diverse with varying advantages and disadvantages.This article systematically reviews relevant domestic and international literature to provide a commentary on commonly used assessment tools.It aims to summarize the subjective and objective assessment methods for CRI,analyze their application scenarios,strengths,and limitations,and discuss strategies for their combined use.The goal is to offer methodological references for clinical and scientific research practices,guiding researchers towards more scientific and rational application.Future studies should focus on the cultural adaptation of assessment tools and the development of cancer-specific scales to construct a more comprehensive CRI assessment system.关键词
