竖井式贯流泵站流激振动特性及安全评价研究
Flow-induced Vibration Characteristics and Safety Assessment of Pump Structure of Shaft-type Tubular Pumping Station
摘要
Abstract
A fluid-pump-structure coupling analysis model is established for studying the vibration safety of shaft-type tubular pump stations.Based on the fluid-structure interaction method,the RNG k-ε turbulence model combined with the sliding grid technique is employed to analyze the distribution characteristics of vibration displacement,velocity,and acceleration of the pump house structure under normal operating conditions.The research shows that the vibration of the pump house meets control standards,with the extreme value of vibration displacement occurring at the gate wall of maintenance gate in the top section of inlet channel,while the extreme values of vibration velocity and acceleration appear at the connection between the lower concrete and the pump casing.The research can provide a reference for vibration control and operational management of similar tubular pumping station structures.关键词
