丙烯腈-二乙烯苯偕胺肟微球树脂的制备及对镓、钒的共吸附性能研究
Preparation of Acrylonitrile-Divinylbenzene Amidoxime Microsphere Resin and Study on Its Co-adsorption Performance for Gallium and Vanadium

Abstract
Acrylonitrile(AN)and divinylbenzene(DVB)were polymerized via suspension polymerization to prepare AN-DVB microspheres.The surface nitrile groups were subsequently amidoximated using a compound solution of hydroxylamine hydrochloride and liquid alkali,and the surface structure of the amidoximated AN-DVB(AN-DVB-AO)microspheres was investigated.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were employed to analyze the adsorption and desorption processes of gallium and vanadium from Bayer process circulating liquor onto the AN-DVB-AO microspheres.The results showed that the nitrile groups on the microsphere surface were completely converted to amidoxime groups after amination with hydroxylamine hydrochloride.In the first use cycle,the saturated adsorption capacities of the AN-DVB-AO microspheres for gallium and vanadium reached 13.12 mg/g and 6.39 mg/g,respectively.During cyclic utilization,the saturated adsorption capacity for gallium gradually decreased,while the vanadium adsorbed on the surface did not affect the adsorption of gallium.Throughout multiple adsorption-desorption cycles,the molecular chains and amidoxime groups in the surface layer of the AN-DVB-AO microspheres remained essentially unaffected.However,with increasing use cycles,substantial Al(OH)3 attached to the microsphere surface occupied the adsorption sites and could not be desorbed during the regeneration process,thereby reducing the saturated adsorption capacities for gallium and vanadium.By the 14th cycle,the saturated adsorption capacities for gallium and vanadium decreased to 6.22 mg/g and 4.04 mg/g,representing reductions of 52.59%and 36.78%relative to the initial state,respectively.关键词
