沥青基碳纤维在橡胶中的抗氧化性能研究
Study of Antioxidant Properties of Pitch-based Carbon Fibers in Rubber

Abstract
Using nitrile rubber(NBR)as the matrix,pitch-based carbon fiber powder(PCFP)was added in the matrix to prepare PCFP/NBR composites,and the effects of PCFP loading on the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties,and antioxidant properties of the PCFP/NBR composites were investigated.PCFP was composed of stacked planar networks of carbon hexagonal rings formed by sp2-hybridized carbons,and its chemical structure was analogous to those of fullerene and graphene.The large π-bond conjugated structure endowed PCFP with extremely high electron affinity,thereby enabling it to scavenge free radicals.PCFP could effectively trap aging free radicals generated during the thermal oxidative aging of rubber and inhibit the occurrence of aging crosslinking reactions,thus imparting superior aging resistance to the PCFP/NBR composites.Furthermore,due to the chain entanglement between PCFP and NBR molecular chains,as well as the formation of covalent bonds between the two components,a filler-polymer interaction was established,which reinforced the rubber matrix and resulted in a certain degree of improvement in both tensile strength and 100%modulus of the rubber.关键词
