可穿戴SWCNTs/WEP柔性传感器的制备及其性能研究

Abstract
With the development of health monitoring technology,developing flexible sensors that exhibit a wide strain range,high sensitivity,and good stability had become a research hotspot.In the study,a single-walled carbon nanotube/waterborne epoxy resin(SWCNTs/WEP)composite film sensor was fabricated using an inkjet printing process.By optimizing the piezoelectric printhead voltage waveform parameters(rise time of 20 μs,fall time of 50 μs,dwell time of 40 μs,and echo voltage of 25 V)and the rheological properties of the ink(viscosity adjusted to 5~20 mPa·s),the issue of satellite droplets was resolved,and uniform dispersion of SWCNTs in the WEP matrix was achieved.The results showed that the effective sensing range of the sensor was 0~61%,and the gauge factor(GF)increased significantly with strain,reaching a maximum of 658.2 in the strain range of 57%~61%.The sensor exhibited a response time of 76 ms and a recovery time of 88 ms.After 2 400 cycles fatigue tests,the fluctuation of the relative resistance change was less than 5%,demonstrating excellent stability.In practical applications,the sensor successfully monitored various human motions such as swallowing,finger bending,wrist bending,and elbow bending,with the resistance signals being highly consistent with the motion amplitudes.The study provides a new approach for the design of low-cost,high-reliability wearable flexible sensors,showing broad application prospects in the field of healthcare monitoring.关键词
