农户农膜回收意愿与行为影响因素差异研究
Study on differences in influencing factors of farmers'willingness to recycle agricultural film and their behavior based on meta-analysis

Abstract
In view of the inconsistency of empirical research results on the influencing factors of farmers'willingness and behavior to recycle agricultural film and existence of a gap in the transformation from willingness to behavior,this study comprehensively sorts out and re-analyzes relevant literature.After searching domestic and foreign empirical studies related to willingness and behavior of agricultural film recycling,52 documents were finally included after screening.Through heterogeneous test,publica-tion bias test,effect value analysis and meta-regression analysis,this study explores the effect and difference of the influencing factors on farmers'willingness and behavior to recycle agricultural film.The results show:(1)Core influencing factors and differ-ences:among cognitive variables,ecological environment value cognition only has a significant positive impact on the willingness to recycle,while agricultural film pollution hazard cognition a significant positive correlation both with the willingness and behav-ior;among the individual characteristics,age only has a significant positive impact on the recycling behavior,while education lev-el and agricultural income have a significant positive effect on behavior willingness,respectively;among the external environment variables,guidance regulation,restrictive regulation,incentive regulation,and the presence of recycling points all have a signifi-cant positive impact on the willingness and behavior and the correlation strength of"whether there is a recycling point"is the high-est;(2)Publication bias and moderating effects:among the factors affecting the willingness,the mulching area and participating in relevant training may have publication bias;among the factors affecting the behavior,the scale of planting,guidance regula-tion,and restrictive regulation may have publication bias;the sample size is an important moderating factor of the"restrictive regu-lation"effect value,and the"restrictive regulation"has regional heterogeneity——it has a stronger effect on the recycling willing-ness of farmers in the west,and a more significant effect on the recycling behavior of farmers in the east;(3)Key practice sup-port:perfecting and optimizing the coverage of recycling points are the core external support to narrow the gap between willing-ness and behavior and to promote the transformation from willingness to behavior.According to this,we put forward policy sug-gestions such as strengthening the publicity of environmental protection knowledge,perfecting the system of agricultural film recy-cling,optimizing the recycling network,strengthening the regional adaptability of policies,and reducing the impact of publication bias on scientific research.关键词
