双因素激励理论视角下村民参与农村人居环境整治的驱动机制研究
Research on the driving mechanism of villagers'participation in improving rural living environment from the perspective of two-factor incentive theory——Taking the"community monthly competition"of S Village in Nanjing as an example

Abstract
In order to implement the strategic decisions and deployment for the solid and steady advancement of rural construc-tion,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the masses,it is necessary to improve the villagers'participa-tion mechanisms and stimulate farmers'willingness to participate.First of all,this paper introduces Herzberg's two-factor incen-tive theory into the field of rural living environment improvement,analyzes the dynamic process of villagers'participation in rural living environment improvement,and constructs an analytical framework of"motivation stimulation—behavior adjustment—goal achievement",and then finds that any of the three key elements of villagers'participation,namely motivation,behavior and goals,can not fully represent the overall process of villagers'participation.Secondly,it analyzes the external dilemmas faced by S village residents in terms of inadequate implementation environments,scarce resources,and the absence of long-term manage-ment mechanisms,as well as internal challenges such as weak participation willingness,low participation capacity,limited partici-pation paths,and the loss of trust.Finally,it explores the mechanisms brought about by the"community monthly competition"'model in rural living environment improvement,which consists of mechanisms such as material support,capacity building,and interest competition to stimulate villagers'internal vitality;institutional support,organized participation and multi-level supervi-sion to facilitate villagers'corresponding behavior;and resource conversion and long-term management mechanisms to effectively combine short-term and long-term goals.关键词
