摘要
Abstract
Significant progress has been made in the primary prevention of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD),yet challenges such as insufficient clinical application of risk stratification tools,poor adherence to lifestyle interventions,and single-target pharmacotherapy continue to limit prevention effectiveness.In 2025,significant progress has been made in the risk prediction model innovation,new biomarkers,normalization of imaging assessment,biological staging,transition of initiation time,lifestyle interventions,and cardio-renal-metabolic integrated pharmacological intervention for ASCVD primary prevention.This article summarizes the main progress in the field of primary prevention of ASCVD in 2025,aiming to narrow the gap between guidelines and clinical practice and optimize individualized prevention strategies.关键词
